1. Scope and Conclusion of Contract

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all purchase contracts concluded via paladinsafe.ch with private customers and companies with residence or registered office in Switzerland.

The purchase contract is concluded when you place an order and we accept it. Acceptance is confirmed by an automatic order confirmation via email. If this does not occur within a reasonable time, it is considered a rejection of the offer, and you are not bound by your order.

2. Products

Always observe the safety instructions on the product packaging. We accept no liability for improper use – especially by children under the age of 3. Any claims for damages to persons, animals, or property are excluded unless gross negligence is involved.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT and any applicable advanced recycling and handling fees.

For orders under CHF 100.–, a flat shipping fee of CHF 6.95 is charged. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 100.– or more.

Prices may change at any time. The applicable price is the one at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively within Switzerland. Standard delivery time is usually 1–2 business days.

During high-volume periods (e.g., before holidays), delays may occur.

Shipping status can be checked online. Partial deliveries due to stock shortages are shipped free of charge.

Compensation for delivery delays is excluded unless caused by our gross negligence.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

• Union Pay

6. Right of Return and Warranty

We guarantee for 12 months that our products correspond to their descriptions and are free of defects that impair their usability.

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects in writing within 8 days to info@marein.ch.

Payment does not imply a waiver of the right to report defects.

For justified defects, a replacement will be provided. Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and sent at your own expense.

7. Transport Damage

We cover transport damages. Please have these confirmed in writing by the delivery service.

8. Liability for Online Connections

We strive for the highest security standards in our systems. Nevertheless, we are not liable for damages resulting from:

• Failures or security breaches by third-party providers
• Force majeure
• Improper use by customers or third parties
• Cyberattacks (viruses, worms, etc.)

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law exclusively applies. Place of jurisdiction is Baden, AG.
